Polyurethane (Urethane) Casting Machine — Buyer’s Overview
A polyurethane casting machine — also called a urethane casting machine or PU casting machine — meters, mixes and dispenses liquid PU elastomer (prepolymer and curative) into molds to cast solid polyurethane parts: wheels, rollers, screens, scrapers, seals, bushings and tooling. Unlike a foaming machine, a casting machine is built for hot cast, high-viscosity elastomer systems, with temperature-controlled jacketed tanks, precise ratio metering and vacuum degassing.
It processes castable polyurethane elastomers on both TDI and MDI prepolymer systems, cast at roughly 60 Shore A to 75 Shore D. Yongjia builds polyurethane casting machines and casting equipment with two-component metering, heated tanks, degassing and programmable shot control, configured to your part size, hardness (Shore A/D) and output — the right choice for cast PU elastomer production rather than foam.
