Polyurethane Foam Packaging Machine — Overview
A polyurethane foam packaging machine (also called a foam-in-place or foam-in-bag system) mixes two liquid PU components and dispenses the reacting foam directly into a carton around the product. The foam expands within seconds, conforms to the exact shape of the item and cures into a protective cushion, so a single polyurethane packaging machine replaces pre-cut foam, EPS and air pillows.
Foam-in-place packaging is ideal for fragile, heavy, irregular or high-value goods—electronics, instruments, machined parts, glass and aerospace components—because the custom-molded cushion immobilises the product and absorbs shock far better than generic void fill. Yongjia builds polyurethane foam packaging machines with configurable output, dispensing guns or automated molds, and tank heating for consistent foam density.
The same metering technology powers our low pressure PU foaming machine for molded parts and our PU gasket dispensing machine for sealing.
