PU Gasket Dispensing Machine — Overview

A PU gasket dispensing machine (FIPFG — Formed-In-Place Foam Gasket) meters and mixes two-component polyurethane and dispenses a continuous foam gasket directly onto a part. A robot or rotary table follows the groove path, and the PU rises and cures into a resilient, leak-tight seal — replacing die-cut rubber gaskets.

FIPFG gaskets seal electrical enclosures, switchboards, filter housings, automotive parts, LED housings and air-handling units, because the seamless poured bead seals complex shapes that cut gaskets cannot.
