Yongjia polyurehtna sole inshoe aluminum molds are precision-machined from high-strength aluminum alloy, offering excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance. They enable rapid and uniform heating and cooling during the foaming process, ensuring a full, uniformly dense, and smooth sole. The mold interior can be customized with various patterns, thicknesses, and structures to meet customer needs. Whether producing athletic shoes, work shoes, casual shoes, or medical shoes, our sole and shoe aluminum molds provide efficient, stable, and customizable production solutions.
PU Sole & Insole Production Line — Overview
A PU sole and insole production line pours low-density polyurethane into multi-station molds to make comfort insoles, safety-shoe soles and sandal soles. Polyurethane insole material is prized for light weight, cushioning and durability, so a PU pouring line lets footwear makers mold soles directly instead of cutting them from sheet.
The line combines a metering-and-mixing machine with rotary or conveyor mold carriers, demold stations and (optionally) automatic pouring. Yongjia configures PU sole and insole production lines by station count, output, density range and automation level to suit insole, sandal or industrial safety-shoe production.
The pouring head is built on the same platform as our low pressure PU foaming machine; for other flexible-foam comfort products see our memory foam pillow and car seat solutions.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is PU insole material?
PU (polyurethane) insole material is a light, resilient foam poured to shape. It cushions well, resists compression set and is widely used for comfort insoles and safety-shoe soles.
What is a PU sole and insole production line?
It is a system that meters and mixes polyurethane and pours it into a series of molds carried on a rotary table or conveyor, demolding finished soles or insoles each cycle.
What products can it make?
Comfort and orthopedic insoles, sandal soles, and industrial or safety-shoe soles—in different densities and hardness depending on the formulation.
What output and automation are available?
Station count, output, density range, mold carriers and automatic pouring are all configurable to match your production volume and footwear type.
Can the line be customized, and what is the MOQ and lead time?
Yes—we tailor station count, automation and molds, with OEM/ODM and CE support. Send your sole or insole specification for an exact configuration, quote and lead time.
