A PU air filter making machine (also called an air filter gasket machine) meters and mixes two-component polyurethane and dispenses it onto filter end-caps to bond the pleated media and form a tight sealing gasket. It is the core equipment for producing automotive and industrial air, oil, fuel and cabin filters, where a uniform PU end-cap guarantees a leak-free seal.
On a typical line the dispensing head pours liquid PU into a rotating mold while the filter element is set in place; the polyurethane cures into the end-cap and gasket in one step. How It Works
A PU air filter making machine forms the sealing end-cap and gasket in one automated pour. Two-component polyurethane is metered, mixed and dispensed by a servo-driven head onto the filter element while a rotary table cycles finished parts through.
