Polyurethane Casting Machine — Overview

A polyurethane casting machine meters, mixes and dispenses liquid PU elastomer (prepolymer and curative) into molds to cast solid polyurethane parts — wheels, rollers, screens, scrapers, seals, bushings and tooling. Unlike a foaming machine, a PU casting machine is built for hot, high-viscosity elastomer systems, with temperature-controlled jacketed tanks, precise ratio metering and vacuum degassing.
