Resin molds are primarily used in the production of decorative building materials such as polyurethane cornice moldings and cultural stone. They can accurately replicate natural textures like wood grain and stone, effectively enhancing the fidelity and aesthetics of decorative items.

Compared to metal molds, resin molds are low-cost, lightweight, and easy to process, making them particularly suitable for small- to medium-volume production or products requiring diverse shapes. Resin molds are also rust-resistant and easy to maintain, but their wear resistance and lifespan are somewhat inferior to those of steel and aluminum molds.

They are not only suitable for molding flexible polyurethane products such as car seats and pillows, but are also commonly used in the manufacture of everyday items such as shoe soles, insoles, toy balls, and trowels. They are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and provide consistent molding results.
